Supreme Pizza Tortellini Bake is a cheesy, comforting casserole that combines cheese tortellini with all the classic pizza toppings like pepperoni, sausage, bell peppers, and olives, baked in a flavorful marinara sauce.

- 1 lb cheese tortellini
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 lb Italian sausage, crumbled
- 1/2 cup pepperoni slices
- 1/2 cup bell peppers, chopped
- 1/2 cup red onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup black olives, sliced
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Cook the tortellini according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the crumbled sausage and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from heat.
- In the prepared baking dish, combine the cooked tortellini, cooked sausage, pepperoni, bell peppers, onion, and olives.
- Pour the marinara sauce over the tortellini mixture, then sprinkle with mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, oregano, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes.
- Cover with foil and bake for 20-25 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes to brown the cheese on top.
- Let it cool for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Add extra veggies like mushrooms or spinach for more flavor.
- For a spicier version, add more red pepper flakes or hot sausage.
- Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days and reheated in the oven.
