Description

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon sumac
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • 2 medium tomatoes, sliced
  • 4 burger buns
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt

Instructions

  1. Preheat a skillet or grill pan over medium heat and lightly oil it.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, sumac, minced garlic, chopped onion, olive oil, salt, and black pepper until just mixed.
