- 2 cups seasoned stuffing mix, crushed

- 1/2 cup mayonnaise or plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard (optional)

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
- In a shallow bowl, combine the crushed stuffing mix, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, mix the mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt) with Dijon mustard if using.
- Coat each chicken breast in the mayo mixture, then press into the stuffing mixture, ensuring an even coating.
- Place the coated chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish. Drizzle melted butter over the top if desired.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the coating is golden and crispy.
