Description

Golden, savory stuffed mushrooms filled with creamy cheese, garlic, and herbs, baked to crispy perfection. The ultimate crowd-pleasing appetizer that’s as easy as it is delicious.


Ingredients

  • 20 large White Button Mushrooms, stems removed
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 Green Onions, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
  • 1/4 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, green onions, garlic, parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
  3. Clean mushrooms with a damp cloth and remove stems. Place them hollow-side up on the baking sheet and lightly brush with olive oil.
  4. Fill each mushroom with the cheese mixture using a spoon or scoop. Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top.
  5. Bake for 20–25 minutes until mushrooms are tender and tops are golden brown.
  6. Remove from oven, sprinkle with parsley, and let cool slightly.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy!

  • Use baby bella mushrooms for a richer flavor.
  • Prep the mushrooms a day ahead and bake when ready to serve.
  • Toast breadcrumbs for extra crunch and flavor.
