- 20 large White Button Mushrooms, stems removed
- 8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 Green Onions, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
- 1/4 cup Breadcrumbs
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 tbsp Fresh Parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, green onions, garlic, parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
- Clean mushrooms with a damp cloth and remove stems. Place them hollow-side up on the baking sheet and lightly brush with olive oil.
- Fill each mushroom with the cheese mixture using a spoon or scoop. Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes until mushrooms are tender and tops are golden brown.
- Remove from oven, sprinkle with parsley, and let cool slightly.
- Serve warm and enjoy!

- Use baby bella mushrooms for a richer flavor.
- Prep the mushrooms a day ahead and bake when ready to serve.
