Description

A sweet, fruity, and crunchy topping made with crushed Golden Oreos, freeze-dried strawberries, butter, and strawberry gelatin powder. Perfect for cakes, ice cream, yogurt, and more.


Ingredients

  • 24 Golden Oreos, crushed
  • 1 cup freeze-dried strawberries
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons strawberry gelatin powder

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, combine the Golden Oreos and freeze-dried strawberries. Pulse until a coarse crumb texture forms.
  2. Melt the unsalted butter in a small bowl.
  3. Pour the melted butter and strawberry gelatin powder over the crumb mixture. Stir until well combined and slightly clumpy.
  4. Optional: Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet and toast at 300°F for 5–7 minutes for added crunch.
  5. Let the mixture cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
  6. Use as desired to top cakes, ice cream, yogurt, or other desserts.

Notes
