- 24 Golden Oreos, crushed
- 1 cup freeze-dried strawberries
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons strawberry gelatin powder
Instructions
- In a food processor, combine the Golden Oreos and freeze-dried strawberries. Pulse until a coarse crumb texture forms.
- Melt the unsalted butter in a small bowl.
- Pour the melted butter and strawberry gelatin powder over the crumb mixture. Stir until well combined and slightly clumpy.
- Optional: Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet and toast at 300°F for 5–7 minutes for added crunch.
- Let the mixture cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
- Use as desired to top cakes, ice cream, yogurt, or other desserts.
Notes
- Use freeze-dried fruit only to avoid sogginess.
- Do not over-process the crumbs or you’ll lose texture.
- To make it dairy-free, substitute butter with coconut oil.
