- 1 cup Ricotta Cheese
- 1 cup Frozen Spinach (thawed and well-drained)
- 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
- 1/2 cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
- 3/4 cup Breadcrumbs
- 1 large Egg
- 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
- Olive Oil Spray, as needed
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix the ricotta, spinach, mozzarella, parmesan, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until fully combined.
- Lightly spray the lined baking sheet with olive oil spray.
- Form tablespoon-sized balls from the mixture and place them on the baking sheet.
- Lightly spray the tops with olive oil spray and bake for 20 to 25 minutes until golden.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving with your favorite dipping sauce.
