  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 4 cups mixed salad greens
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup cucumber slices
  • 1/2 avocado, diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt or sour cream (optional, for dressing)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, toss shrimp with olive oil, chili powder, paprika, cayenne (if using), garlic powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
