Instructions

  1. Let the ricotta sit at room temperature for 10 minutes to soften.
  2. In a food processor, combine ricotta, olive oil, crushed red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper. Blend until smooth and creamy, about 1 to 2 minutes.
