Instructions
- Let the ricotta sit at room temperature for 10 minutes to soften.
- In a food processor, combine ricotta, olive oil, crushed red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper. Blend until smooth and creamy, about 1 to 2 minutes.
- Warm the honey gently in the microwave or on the stovetop until just runny. Stir in the fresh thyme.
- Scoop the whipped ricotta into a shallow bowl and swirl the top with a spoon.
- Drizzle the warm honey mixture over the top of the dip.
- Garnish with extra thyme or chili flakes if desired.
- Serve with crackers, toasted bread, or fresh veggies.
