- 4 large round bread rolls
- 8 oz dry spaghetti
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
- Cook the spaghetti until al dente, then drain and toss with marinara sauce and half the mozzarella.
- Slice the tops off the rolls and hollow them out, leaving a 1/2 inch wall. Brush the insides with garlic butter.
- Place the rolls on a baking sheet and fill each with spaghetti. Top with remaining mozzarella.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve hot.
