- 3/4 cup brown sugar

- 2 cups oat flour (or substitute all-purpose flour)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon cream of tartar
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix granulated sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon for the coating. Set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until creamy.
- Add vanilla extract and mix until combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together oat flour, salt, cinnamon, and cream of tartar.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to the butter mixture, mixing until a soft dough forms.
- Using a small cookie scoop or spoon, form dough into 1-inch balls.
- Roll each dough ball in the cinnamon sugar mixture until fully coated.
- Place coated bites on a parchment-lined tray and chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- You can use all-purpose flour instead of oat flour for a more traditional texture.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
