- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup whole milk
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 large yellow onions, sliced

- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Instructions
- Season the chicken with salt, black pepper, paprika, and dried thyme, then lightly coat with flour.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Sear the chicken until golden brown on both sides, then remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté sliced onions until soft, then add garlic.
- Stir in remaining flour and cook briefly, then slowly whisk in chicken broth and whole milk.
- Return the chicken to the skillet and simmer until fully cooked and tender.
- Allow the gravy to thicken, adjust seasoning if needed, and serve hot.
