S’mores Brownies combine the classic flavors of campfire s’mores with rich, fudgy brownies. With a buttery graham cracker crust, gooey brownie center, and toasted marshmallow topping, these treats are indulgent, nostalgic, and perfect for sharing.

- Graham Cracker Crust:
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- Brownie Layer:
- 1 box brownie mix (plus ingredients listed on box)
- Topping:
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup milk chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×9-inch baking pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the pan to form the crust.
- Prepare brownie batter according to box directions and pour over the graham cracker crust. Spread evenly.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out with a few moist crumbs (not wet batter).
- Remove from oven and immediately sprinkle marshmallows evenly over the top. Add chocolate chips if desired.
- Return to oven for 5–7 minutes, or until marshmallows are puffed and lightly golden. For a toasted top, broil for 1–2 minutes watching closely.
- Cool completely before slicing. For cleaner cuts, chill in the fridge for 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use homemade brownie batter if preferred instead of box mix.
- To keep marshmallows from sticking to your knife, lightly oil it before slicing.
- Add crushed graham crackers on top for extra crunch and visual appeal.
