- 1.5 to 2 pounds Flank Steak
- 1/3 cup Soy Sauce
- 1/4 cup Olive Oil
- 2 tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- 4 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Fresh Rosemary, chopped
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to high heat, or set a grill pan over medium-high heat until hot.
- In a mixing bowl or zip-top bag, mix soy sauce, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, garlic, rosemary, black pepper, and lemon juice.
- Lightly oil grill grates or your grill pan to prevent sticking.
- Place the flank steak in the marinade, seal, and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Remove steak from marinade, shake off excess, and grill for 4–5 minutes per side for medium-rare.
- Transfer steak to a cutting board and let it rest for 10 minutes.
- Slice thinly against the grain and serve.
