- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon fresh chives, finely chopped
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
- Chill salad plates in the fridge for 5 to 10 minutes.
- In a small bowl or jar, whisk together olive oil, vinegar, Dijon mustard, honey, salt, and pepper until emulsified.
- Place mixed greens in a large mixing bowl.
- Drizzle vinaigrette over the greens and toss gently to coat evenly.
- Let the salad sit for 2 minutes to absorb flavors.
- Top with grated Parmesan and chopped chives.
- Serve immediately on chilled plates or bowls.
