Description

Ingredients

  • 6 cups mixed greens (baby spinach, frisée, red oak leaf)
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chives, finely chopped
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Chill salad plates in the fridge for 5 to 10 minutes.
  2. In a small bowl or jar, whisk together olive oil, vinegar, Dijon mustard, honey, salt, and pepper until emulsified.
  3. Place mixed greens in a large mixing bowl.
