Description

Flaky biscuits filled with a rich, creamy mix of shrimp, crab, cheese, and nacho spices, these melts are the perfect fusion of comfort and flavor.


Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
  • 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 1 cup lump crab meat
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons pickled jalapeños, chopped
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine shrimp, crab, cream cheese, cheddar, jalapeños, green onions, and taco seasoning.
  3. Flatten each biscuit slightly and place half on the baking sheet.
  4. Spoon filling onto each biscuit base and top with the remaining biscuits. Seal the edges gently.
  5. Brush tops with melted butter and bake for 15–18 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
