- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
- 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
- 1 cup lump crab meat
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons pickled jalapeños, chopped
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine shrimp, crab, cream cheese, cheddar, jalapeños, green onions, and taco seasoning.
- Flatten each biscuit slightly and place half on the baking sheet.
- Spoon filling onto each biscuit base and top with the remaining biscuits. Seal the edges gently.
- Brush tops with melted butter and bake for 15–18 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
