- Juice of 1 lime (about 2 tablespoons)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a sheet pan with foil or parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine sliced sirloin, bell peppers, onion, taco seasoning, and vegetable oil. Toss until everything is evenly coated.
- Spread the mixture in a single layer on the prepared sheet pan.
- Roast in the oven for 15-20 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the steak is cooked to desired doneness and vegetables are tender.
- Remove from oven and squeeze lime juice over the top.
- Serve hot with tortillas, rice, or as desired.
