- ½ cup sunflower seeds
- ¼ cup sesame seeds
- ¼ cup flaxseeds
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- ½ cup rolled oats
- 1 cup boiling water
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, finely chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine all seeds, oats, rosemary, and salt. Add boiling water and olive oil. Stir well and let sit for 10 minutes.
- Ensure baking sheet is ready. Spread mixture evenly onto parchment, about ⅛ inch thick.
- Score into cracker shapes if desired.
- Bake for 30 minutes, flip carefully, then bake another 20 minutes until golden and crisp.
- Cool completely on a wire rack.
- Break into pieces and serve or store in airtight container.
