- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
- 2 cups cooked white rice
- 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
- 1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Steam broccoli florets until tender-crisp, about 4-5 minutes.
- In a large bowl, combine cooked chicken, cooked rice, steamed broccoli, cream of chicken soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Stir in half of the shredded cheddar cheese.
- Transfer mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- Sprinkle remaining cheddar cheese and breadcrumbs evenly on top, if using.
- Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
