Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Stir in milk gradually to form a soft dough.
- Roll out dough on a floured surface into a 1/2-inch-thick rectangle.
- Sprinkle with ham, cheese, and parsley.
- Roll dough up tightly and cut into 8 slices.
- Place slices cut-side down on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Drizzle with warm Béarnaise sauce before serving.
