These sausage, egg, and cheese breakfast roll-ups are a quick, protein-packed morning meal wrapped in golden crescent dough — perfect for busy mornings or meal prep.

- 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 4 large eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup cooked breakfast sausage (crumbled)
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
- In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter and scramble the eggs until just set. Remove from heat and stir in cooked sausage.
- Unroll the crescent dough and separate into triangles.
- Place a spoonful of egg and sausage mixture on the wide end of each triangle. Top with a sprinkle of cheddar cheese.
- Roll up each crescent, starting from the wide end, and place on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Let cool slightly before serving. Serve warm.
Notes
- Use turkey or plant-based sausage for a lighter or vegetarian option.
- These can be prepped ahead and frozen — reheat in the microwave or oven.
- Add diced peppers or onions to the egg mixture for extra flavor.
