These Sausage, Bacon, Egg & Cheese Cinnamon Roll Breakfast Sandwiches are a sweet and savory twist on a breakfast classic. Made with cinnamon rolls as the ‘bun’, and filled with crispy bacon, savory sausage, fluffy eggs, and melty cheese, they’re a decadent morning treat!

- 1 can (8 count) refrigerated cinnamon rolls (with icing)
- 4 eggs
- 1 tbsp milk
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 4 slices American or cheddar cheese
- 4 breakfast sausage patties, cooked
- 4 slices bacon, cooked and halved
- 1 tbsp butter (for cooking eggs)
Instructions
- Preheat oven according to cinnamon roll package instructions. Bake cinnamon rolls as directed, then let cool slightly. Separate rolls and carefully slice each in half horizontally to create sandwich buns.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat. Pour in egg mixture and scramble until just set.
- To assemble each sandwich: place bottom half of cinnamon roll on a plate, layer with a slice of cheese, scrambled eggs, 1 sausage patty, and 2 half-slices of bacon. Top with the other half of the cinnamon roll.
- Optional: Warm icing slightly and drizzle over top of the sandwiches before serving for an extra sweet touch.
Notes
- Make it spicy by adding a dash of hot sauce or pepper jack cheese.
- Use homemade cinnamon rolls if preferred.
- Sandwiches can be wrapped and frozen—reheat in the microwave for a quick breakfast.
