Description
Juicy, golden-seared salmon bites tossed in garlic butter and lemon for a quick, flavorful dish that’s perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 pound salmon fillet, skinless and boneless, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your skillet over medium-high heat while you prep the salmon.
- In a mixing bowl, toss salmon cubes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
- Once the pan is hot, drizzle a little oil if needed and spread it evenly with a paper towel.
- Add salmon cubes to the hot pan in a single layer without overcrowding.
- Let them sear undisturbed for 2–3 minutes until golden, then flip and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Remove from heat and drizzle with melted butter and fresh lemon juice. Toss gently to coat.
- Transfer to a plate, sprinkle with parsley if desired, and serve hot.
Notes
- Pat the salmon dry before seasoning to ensure a crisp sear.
- Don’t overcrowd the pan to avoid steaming the salmon.
- For a spicier version, add a pinch of cayenne pepper.
