- 2 whole heads Garlic
- 1 cup Greek Yogurt
- 4 ounces Cream Cheese
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
- ½ teaspoon Paprika
- 2 tablespoons Chopped Fresh Parsley
- Optional: Pinch of Red Pepper Flakes
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking tray with foil.
- Slice the tops off garlic heads, drizzle with olive oil, and wrap in foil. Roast for 35-40 minutes until soft and golden. Let cool slightly, then squeeze out the cloves into a blender.
- Add Greek yogurt, cream cheese, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and paprika to the blender with the garlic.
- Blend until smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
- Fold in fresh parsley and optional red pepper flakes.
- Spoon into a serving bowl, drizzle with olive oil, garnish, and serve with dippers of choice.
Notes
- Roast extra garlic and freeze for future use.
- Let the dip chill before serving to enhance flavor.
- Add a swirl of pomegranate molasses or top with pine nuts for flair.
