Description

A creamy, dreamy roasted garlic dip made with Greek yogurt and cream cheese, perfect for parties or everyday snacking. Smooth, tangy, and full of mellow garlic flavor.


Ingredients

  • 2 whole heads Garlic
  • 1 cup Greek Yogurt
  • 4 ounces Cream Cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • ½ teaspoon Paprika
  • 2 tablespoons Chopped Fresh Parsley
  • Optional: Pinch of Red Pepper Flakes

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking tray with foil.
  2. Slice the tops off garlic heads, drizzle with olive oil, and wrap in foil. Roast for 35-40 minutes until soft and golden. Let cool slightly, then squeeze out the cloves into a blender.
  3. Add Greek yogurt, cream cheese, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and paprika to the blender with the garlic.
  4. Blend until smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
  5. Fold in fresh parsley and optional red pepper flakes.
  6. Spoon into a serving bowl, drizzle with olive oil, garnish, and serve with dippers of choice.

Notes

  • Roast extra garlic and freeze for future use.
  • Let the dip chill before serving to enhance flavor.
  • Add a swirl of pomegranate molasses or top with pine nuts for flair.
