Description
These Roast Beef and Cheese Sliders are the ultimate party food — packed with thinly sliced roast beef, melty provolone, and brushed with a savory buttery glaze. Perfect for game day, potlucks, or a cozy family dinner.
Ingredients
Scale
- 12 slider rolls
- 1 pound sliced roast beef
- 6–8 slices provolone cheese
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon dried minced onion
- 1 teaspoon poppy seeds
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a small saucepan, melt the butter and stir in Worcestershire sauce, mustard, garlic powder, and onion powder until well combined.
- Slice the entire sheet of rolls horizontally and place the bottom half in the baking dish.
- Layer the roast beef evenly over the rolls, followed by the provolone cheese. Replace the top half of the rolls.
- Pour the butter mixture evenly over the sliders and sprinkle with dried minced onion and poppy seeds.
- Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 5–7 minutes until the tops are golden and cheese is melted.
- Let rest for 5 minutes, then slice and serve warm.
Notes
- Use bakery-style rolls for better structure.
- Toast the bottoms briefly to prevent sogginess.
- Press the sliders gently before baking to help everything stick.
- Add jalapeños or caramelized onions for an extra layer of flavor.
