Description

These Roast Beef and Cheese Sliders are the ultimate party food — packed with thinly sliced roast beef, melty provolone, and brushed with a savory buttery glaze. Perfect for game day, potlucks, or a cozy family dinner.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 slider rolls
  • 1 pound sliced roast beef
  • 68 slices provolone cheese
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon dried minced onion
  • 1 teaspoon poppy seeds

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a small saucepan, melt the butter and stir in Worcestershire sauce, mustard, garlic powder, and onion powder until well combined.
  3. Slice the entire sheet of rolls horizontally and place the bottom half in the baking dish.
  4. Layer the roast beef evenly over the rolls, followed by the provolone cheese. Replace the top half of the rolls.
  5. Pour the butter mixture evenly over the sliders and sprinkle with dried minced onion and poppy seeds.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 5–7 minutes until the tops are golden and cheese is melted.
  7. Let rest for 5 minutes, then slice and serve warm.

Notes

  • Use bakery-style rolls for better structure.
  • Toast the bottoms briefly to prevent sogginess.
  • Press the sliders gently before baking to help everything stick.
  • Add jalapeños or caramelized onions for an extra layer of flavor.
