Instructions
- Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper or foil and lightly grease.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and butter until smooth and fluffy.
- Add vanilla extract and powdered sugar gradually, beating until fully incorporated and smooth.
- Melt white chocolate in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until fully melted and smooth.
- Quickly mix the melted white chocolate into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and smooth the top.
- Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs over the top if using. Gently press them in.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until firm. Cut into small squares to serve.
