- 4 cups rhubarb, chopped
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat Your Equipment: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×13 pan with parchment paper.
- Combine Ingredients: In a large bowl, mix flour, oats, sugars, baking powder, and salt. Cut in butter until crumbly.

- Assemble the Dish: Toss rhubarb with cornstarch, sugar, vanilla, and lemon juice. Spread evenly over crust.
