Instructions

- Gradually mix in the dry ingredients until a dough forms.
- Press the dough into a 10-inch circle on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until edges are golden and center is just set. Cool completely.
- Spread pistachio cream over cooled cookie crust.
- Top with fresh raspberries and chopped pistachios.
