Description

Ranch oyster crackers are a quick and irresistible snack made by tossing crispy oyster crackers in a savory ranch seasoning blend and baking until perfectly toasted.


Ingredients

  • 1 (10 to 12 oz) bag oyster crackers
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil (or melted butter)
  • 1 oz packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried dill (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 250°F (120°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine oil, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, and dill (if using). Stir well.
  3. Add oyster crackers to the bowl and toss until all the crackers are evenly coated.
  4. Spread the crackers in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 15–20 minutes, stirring once halfway through, until golden and crisp.
  6. Let cool completely before serving or storing in an airtight container.
