- 1 (10 to 12 oz) bag oyster crackers
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil (or melted butter)
- 1 oz packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried dill (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 250°F (120°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine oil, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, and dill (if using). Stir well.
- Add oyster crackers to the bowl and toss until all the crackers are evenly coated.
- Spread the crackers in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes, stirring once halfway through, until golden and crisp.
- Let cool completely before serving or storing in an airtight container.
Notes
- Use butter instead of oil for a richer flavor.
- For a spicy twist, add a pinch of cayenne pepper or chili powder.
