- 4 tablespoons butter

- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 large eggs
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease ramekins or a baking dish.
- Boil the potatoes in salted water until fork-tender. Drain and mash with butter and sour cream.
- Stir in cheddar cheese, chives, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and eggs. Mix until well combined.
