Description

These Pizza Stuffed Waffle Snacks are a crispy, melty twist on your favorite comfort food, blending the crunch of golden waffles with the gooey goodness of classic pizza ingredients.


Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup pepperoni slices
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • A handful of fresh basil, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your waffle maker and lightly grease it with olive oil.
  2. In a bowl, mix the mozzarella, pepperoni, and Italian seasoning together.
  3. Flatten each biscuit slightly with your hands or a rolling pin.
  4. Place one dough round on the waffle maker, add a spoonful of sauce and the cheese mixture, then top with another dough round and seal the edges.
  5. Close the waffle maker and cook for 3–5 minutes, until golden and crisp.
  6. Let rest for 1–2 minutes, brush with olive oil, and sprinkle with chopped basil.
