Description
Pizza Monkey Bread is a fun and shareable appetizer or snack made with biscuit dough, gooey mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, and classic pizza seasonings. It’s baked until golden and served with marinara sauce for dipping.

- 2 cans (16 oz total) refrigerated biscuit dough
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup mini pepperoni slices
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 cup marinara or pizza sauce (for dipping)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a bundt pan with nonstick spray.
- Cut each biscuit into quarters.
- In a large bowl, combine biscuit pieces, mozzarella, pepperoni, Parmesan, olive oil, and seasonings. Toss until evenly coated.
- Transfer the mixture into the prepared bundt pan and gently press down to pack.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through in the center.
- Let cool for 10 minutes, then invert onto a serving plate.
- Serve warm with marinara sauce on the side for dipping.
Notes
- Customize with your favorite pizza toppings like olives, bell peppers, or cooked sausage.
- Ensure biscuit dough is fully cooked by checking the center with a skewer or knife.
- Leftovers can be reheated in the oven or air fryer to regain crispiness.
