Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and spray a muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray.
- Roll out pizza dough and cut into small squares (about 2×2 inch).
- Press each square into a muffin cup.
- Spoon a small amount of pizza sauce into each dough-lined cup.
- Top with mozzarella and diced pepperoni if using.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes until the crust is crispy and the cheese is melted.
- Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.
