Pizza Chips are a fun and easy snack that combines the flavors of pizza with the crispiness of chips. Made with minimal ingredients, they’re perfect for dipping or serving at parties and game nights.

- 1 package (8-count) flour tortillas or pita bread
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup mini pepperoni slices (optional)
- 1/2 cup pizza or marinara sauce (for dipping)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cut tortillas or pitas into triangle-shaped chips using a pizza cutter or knife.
- In a small bowl, mix olive oil, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and salt.
- Brush each chip lightly with the seasoned oil mixture and place on the baking sheet in a single layer.
- Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese evenly over the chips. Add mini pepperoni if using.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until chips are crispy and cheese is melted and lightly golden.
- Let cool for a few minutes. Serve warm with pizza sauce or marinara for dipping.
Notes
- Try with naan bread or lavash for a different texture.
- Add chopped olives, bell peppers, or jalapeños for a more loaded version.
- Make ahead and re-crisp in the oven for 3–4 minutes before serving.
