Description

These Pistachio-Crusted Brie Bites are the ultimate appetizer — creamy brie wrapped in flaky pastry, topped with honey and crunchy pistachios. Perfect for parties or cozy nights in.


Ingredients

  • 8 ounces Brie Cheese, cut into small cubes
  • 1 Puff Pastry Sheet, thawed
  • 1/2 cup Shelled Pistachios, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 1 Egg, beaten
  • All-purpose Flour, for dusting

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix chopped pistachios and honey in a small bowl until well combined.
  3. Roll out puff pastry on a floured surface into a 10-inch square and cut into 12 equal squares.
  4. Place a cube of brie in the center of each square and top with pistachio-honey mix. Fold corners over and pinch to seal.
  5. Transfer to baking sheet, brush with beaten egg, and bake for 15–18 minutes until golden and puffed.
  6. Cool for 5 minutes before serving with extra honey if desired.
