- 8 ounces Brie Cheese, cut into small cubes
- 1 Puff Pastry Sheet, thawed
- 1/2 cup Shelled Pistachios, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons Honey
- 1 Egg, beaten
- All-purpose Flour, for dusting
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix chopped pistachios and honey in a small bowl until well combined.
- Roll out puff pastry on a floured surface into a 10-inch square and cut into 12 equal squares.
- Place a cube of brie in the center of each square and top with pistachio-honey mix. Fold corners over and pinch to seal.
- Transfer to baking sheet, brush with beaten egg, and bake for 15–18 minutes until golden and puffed.
- Cool for 5 minutes before serving with extra honey if desired.
Notes
- Freeze brie for easier cutting.
- Don’t overfill to avoid leaking.
- Toasted pistachios enhance flavor.
