- 12 mini sausages
- 1 tube crescent roll dough (about 8 oz)
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds (optional)
- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 6 mini slider buns
- 3 tablespoons cranberry sauce
- 3 slices cheddar cheese, halved
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix shredded chicken with cranberry sauce and a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Unroll crescent dough and cut into 12 small triangles. Slice cheese and prepare buns.
- Wrap each mini sausage with a dough triangle, place on baking sheet, brush with egg wash, and sprinkle sesame seeds.
- Assemble sliders by spreading mayo on buns, adding chicken mixture, and topping with cheese slices.
- Bake pigs in blankets for 12–15 minutes until golden brown. Bake sliders for 10 minutes until cheese melts and buns toast.
- Let cool slightly, garnish if desired, and serve warm.
Notes
- Use parchment paper to make cleanup easy.
- Don’t overfill the sliders to keep them neat.
