- 500 grams beef steak, thinly sliced
- 2 medium bell peppers, sliced
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium high heat until hot.
- Season the sliced beef with salt and black pepper in a bowl and mix well.
- Add olive oil to the skillet and let it warm.
- Add onions and bell peppers, cook until softened and slightly golden, then remove and set aside.
- Cook the beef in the same skillet until browned and fully cooked.
- Return vegetables to the skillet, mix well, then sprinkle shredded cheese on top and allow it to melt.
- Stir gently to combine and serve hot in bowls.
Notes
- Slice the beef very thin for best tenderness
- Do not overcrowd the pan while cooking
