- 2 flatbreads or naan (store-bought or homemade)
- 2 tbsp fig jam
- 1 ripe pear, thinly sliced
- 4 oz Brie cheese, sliced or torn into small pieces
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped (optional)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Balsamic glaze, for drizzling
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place flatbreads on a baking sheet. Brush lightly with olive oil.
- Spread fig jam evenly over each flatbread.
- Layer with pear slices, Brie, and dried cranberries. Sprinkle with rosemary if using, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Bake for 8–10 minutes, or until the flatbread is crisp and the Brie is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and drizzle with balsamic glaze.
- Slice and serve warm.
