Description

A creamy, refreshing smoothie that captures the cozy flavor of peach pie with ripe peaches, warm cinnamon, vanilla, and a hint of graham cracker crust, blended into a thick and satisfying drink.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh peaches, sliced (about 3 medium ripe peaches)
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup milk (dairy or unsweetened almond milk)
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 sheets graham crackers, lightly broken
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Make sure your blender is clean and ready to use.
  2. Add sliced peaches, Greek yogurt, milk, honey, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, graham crackers, and ice cubes into the blender.
  3. Secure the lid tightly before blending.
  4. Start blending on low speed, then gradually increase to high.
  5. Blend for 45 to 60 seconds until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy.
  6. Taste and adjust sweetness or cinnamon if needed, then blend briefly again.
  7. Pour into tall glasses, optionally sprinkle a pinch of cinnamon on top, and serve immediately.
