Description

A no-bake Oreo Peanut Butter Pie with a crunchy Oreo cookie crust and a creamy, fluffy peanut butter filling, finished with whipped cream and chocolate accents. Cool, decadent, and a total crowd-pleaser.

  • 24 Oreo cookies, crushed into fine crumbs
  • 5 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 1/4 cups heavy whipping cream, cold
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips or chocolate shavings, optional
  • Whipped cream for topping, optional
  • Extra crushed Oreos for garnish, optional

Instructions

  1. Chill a mixing bowl and beaters for whipping the cream.
  2. Combine the crushed Oreo crumbs with melted butter until evenly moistened.
  3. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie dish or springform pan. Chill for 15 minutes.
  4. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese, peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla until completely smooth.
  5. Whip the cold heavy cream to stiff peaks, then gently fold it into the peanut butter mixture until light and fluffy.
  6. Spread the filling evenly into the chilled crust, smoothing the top.
  7. Garnish with mini chocolate chips and extra crushed Oreos if using.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight, until fully set.
  9. Slice with a warm sharp knife, wiping between cuts, and top with whipped cream if desired.
