Oreo Cheesecake Fudge is a rich, creamy no-bake treat that combines the flavors of cookies and cream with the tang of cheesecake. This easy-to-make dessert is loaded with crushed Oreos and melts in your mouth with every bite.

- 3 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups crushed Oreo cookies (about 18–20 cookies)
- Extra crushed Oreos for topping (optional)
Instructions
- Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk, stirring constantly until smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in the cream cheese and vanilla extract until fully incorporated and smooth.
- Fold in the crushed Oreos gently.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared dish and smooth the top.
- Sprinkle additional crushed Oreos on top if desired.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Once firm, cut into squares and serve chilled.
Notes
- Use full-fat cream cheese for best texture and flavor.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
- You can freeze the fudge for longer storage—wrap tightly and thaw before serving.
