Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, beat butter and cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
- Add sugar and vanilla; beat until fluffy.
- Gradually mix in flour until combined.
- Fold in crushed Oreo cookies gently.
- Scoop dough into tablespoon-sized balls and place on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until edges are set and bottoms are lightly golden.
- Let cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
