Ingredients
- Puff Pastry Sheets: 2 sheets, thawed, provide a flaky, buttery base
- Nutella: 1/2 cup, creamy chocolate-hazelnut filling
- Bananas: 2 medium, sliced, add natural sweetness and soft texture
- Powdered Sugar: 1 teaspoon, for a light decorative dusting
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper
- Slice the bananas evenly and place Nutella in a small ramekin for easier spreading
- Ensure your baking sheet is lined and ready
- Roll out the puff pastry slightly, cut into squares, spread a small amount of Nutella in the center, top with banana slices, then fold or create a pocket
- Bake for 15–20 minutes until puff pastry is golden and crisp
- Remove from oven and let cool slightly, then dust with powdered sugar
- Serve warm and enjoy
