- ¾ cup powdered sugar

- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 ½ cups cherry pie filling
Instructions
- Mix the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until evenly combined.
- In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then gently fold into the cream cheese mixture.
- Press the graham cracker mixture into the bottoms of serving jars or cups. Chill for 10 minutes.
- Spoon the cheesecake mixture over the crust layer and smooth the tops.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
- Top with cherry pie filling just before serving. Enjoy chilled.
