Sticky, savory, and slightly sweet, these miso salmon bites are glazed to perfection and packed with bold flavor. Perfect as a quick meal or elegant appetizer.

- 1 pound salmon fillet, cut into 1-inch chunks
- 2 tablespoons white miso paste
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 1 scallion, thinly sliced
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk together miso paste, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger until smooth.
- Spread salmon chunks on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
- Pour marinade over salmon and toss to coat. Let sit for 15 minutes if possible.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes. For caramelization, broil for the last 2 minutes.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds and scallions. Serve warm.
Notes
- Use skinless salmon for better marinade absorption.
- Double the marinade for extra sauciness.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
