Ingredients
- Chicken breasts, boneless skinless: 4 pieces (about 2 lb)
- Mayonnaise: 1 cup
- Parmesan cheese, freshly grated: 1/2 cup
- Garlic powder: 1 teaspoon
- Onion powder: 1 teaspoon
- Salt: 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper: 1/2 teaspoon
- Paprika: 1/2 teaspoon
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and paprika until smooth.
- Place the chicken breasts in a single layer in the prepared baking dish.

- Bake uncovered for 35 to 40 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
