Description

This hearty Meat Lovers Quiche is loaded with sausage, ham, and two types of cheese, all baked into a creamy egg filling with a flaky crust. Perfect for brunch or a make-ahead breakfast.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup cooked sausage crumbles
  • 1 cup diced ham
  • 1 (9-inch) pie crust
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Pre-bake the pie crust for 8–10 minutes until lightly golden.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, cream, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Layer sausage, ham, and cheeses in the pre-baked crust.
  4. Pour the egg mixture over the fillings. Sprinkle with parsley.
  5. Bake for 35–40 minutes or until the center is set and the top is golden.
  6. Let cool for 10–15 minutes before slicing and serving.
