- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup cooked sausage crumbles
- 1 cup diced ham
- 1 (9-inch) pie crust
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Pre-bake the pie crust for 8–10 minutes until lightly golden.
- In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, cream, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Layer sausage, ham, and cheeses in the pre-baked crust.
- Pour the egg mixture over the fillings. Sprinkle with parsley.
- Bake for 35–40 minutes or until the center is set and the top is golden.
- Let cool for 10–15 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
- Use freshly shredded cheese for best melt and flavor.
- Let quiche rest before slicing for clean cuts.
