- 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1 (10 oz) bag mini marshmallows

Instructions
- Place popped popcorn in a large bowl, removing any unpopped kernels. Set aside.
- In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter.
- Add brown sugar and stir until dissolved and bubbling, about 2–3 minutes.
- Stir in the mini marshmallows and continue stirring until completely melted and smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in salt and vanilla extract.
- Immediately pour the marshmallow caramel mixture over the popcorn and stir gently to coat all pieces evenly.
- Let sit for a few minutes to cool slightly before serving. Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
