Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, red wine vinegar, garlic, chili flakes, salt, and black pepper.
- Add the butter beans, parsley, and thyme to the marinade. Gently stir to coat the beans thoroughly.
- Transfer the beans to a shallow dish or airtight container, spreading them in a single layer if possible.
- Let the beans marinate for at least 1 hour at room temperature or refrigerate overnight for deeper flavor.
- Stir gently before serving. Adjust seasoning as needed.
- Serve chilled or at room temperature with bread, in salads, or as a side dish.
