- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- 2 lobster tails, cooked and chopped
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Salt to taste
- 1/4 tsp paprika (optional)
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter and sauté garlic for 30 seconds.
- Add heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese, pepper, and salt. Cook 3–4 minutes until sauce thickens slightly.
- Add chopped lobster meat and gently heat through for 1–2 minutes.
- Toss cooked pasta in the sauce until well coated.
- Garnish with parsley and a sprinkle of paprika if desired. Serve warm.
Notes
- Use pre-cooked lobster for ease, or boil/steam fresh lobster tails.
- Can substitute with shrimp or crab if lobster is unavailable.
- Serve with garlic bread and a side salad for a full meal.
