Description

A luxurious pasta dish featuring tender lobster meat tossed in a rich, creamy Alfredo sauce over fettuccine—perfect for a special dinner or romantic evening.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 2 lobster tails, cooked and chopped
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/4 tsp paprika (optional)
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter and sauté garlic for 30 seconds.
  3. Add heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese, pepper, and salt. Cook 3–4 minutes until sauce thickens slightly.
  4. Add chopped lobster meat and gently heat through for 1–2 minutes.
  5. Toss cooked pasta in the sauce until well coated.
  6. Garnish with parsley and a sprinkle of paprika if desired. Serve warm.

Notes

  • Use pre-cooked lobster for ease, or boil/steam fresh lobster tails.
  • Can substitute with shrimp or crab if lobster is unavailable.
  • Serve with garlic bread and a side salad for a full meal.
