Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add diced onions and minced garlic; sauté until soft.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon.
- Drain excess fat if needed.
- Sprinkle ranch seasoning over the beef and stir well to combine.
- Cook for another 2–3 minutes to allow flavors to meld. Season with salt and pepper as desired.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese, cover, and cook until cheese is melted.
- Serve hot with optional garnishes like green onions or sour cream.
